We follow a reasonable approach in agriculture. It is based on the principles of organic farming and the limited use of chemical fertilizers and plant protection products. Separate areas will be set aside for the study of permacultural methods of farming. When developing the concept of development of our agricultural economy, we initially relied on organic and permacultural areas. We do not use pesticides or herbicides.
We create everything in a real and environmentally friendly way for both people and the earth. All our technology is transparent; our guests can always see how everything grows and what food we give to our animals. We started by making a pond together with the Sepp Holzer Permaculture Center. With its help, we have changed the water balance on the territory, and due to changes in the ground water level, the nutrition of fruit orchards has improved. The gardens are open to our guests. Here, you can walk and taste apples and pears directly from the tree.

Our animal husbandry
We keep various breeds of goats that produce milk well suited for making cheeses. These are Anglo-Nubian, Zaanen and Alpine goats. The milk of our cows of the Ayrshire and Swiss breeds is also good for cheese production. Their diet only includes only hay, green grass on pastures, grain mixtures.
We do not feed them with root crops or silage. This does not give such a high milk production as in dairies, but the milk does not suffer from rotting bacteria, which is important, especially for the quality of hard cheeses. The first animals: horses, cows, and goats settled in the Ark House. And already, in our second year of operation (2017), we are expanding and we have our own buildings for each type of animals.
